About me

Over the years I have struggled with my weight and finally I decided to do something about it.  

I embarked on a weight management course and gained a diploma becoming a Weight Management Advisor.  

The course is designed to lose body FAT not just weight and it is based on 5-a-day eat well plate.

You receive 8 weeks of diet advice along with 1-2-1 consultations with the view to loosing a dress size and half a stone. 

There will advice on cooking, shopping, exercise and lifestyle change

At the end of 8 weeks you should have an understanding of Vitamins and Minerals, Protein, fat and Carbohydrates
